West Virginia State Police

The Criminal Identification Bureau (CBI) of the West Virginia State Police maintains a centralized database of all criminal records across West Virginia, including those from Berkeley County. Law enforcement and governmental agencies can request criminal records from the West Virginia State Police, provided there is justification to obtain such records. However, every other entity or individual may only request a person's criminal records with the written authorization of the record's subject.
