The completed form for a name and date of birth based request may also be faxed to (360) 534-2073, while the fingerprint card obtainable from the closest Fingerprinting Information Department must be attached to a fingerprint-based check request. Additionally, any individuals interested in obtaining the certified copies of the records may attach, to their requests, the completed Bank Card Authorization Form for name-based or Fingerprint Notary Request Form for fingerprint-based checks.

Each criminal background check request is charged by the WSP at $32 for name and date of birth based and $58 for fingerprint based options. An additional $10 fee is paid by arrest record requestors for a notarized copy.

Criminal Court Records

For records of arrests resulting in prosecution at the Grant County Superior Court, interested persons may search the records online through the Odyssey portal or contact the Grant County Clerk in person, by phone, or mail.
