To obtain arrest records from the Scioto County Sheriff, you may download the "Civilian Fingerprint Background Checks Form" from the Sheriff's website, fill it out, and submit it online. The office may be reached Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Interested persons may bring along the $32 fee for the request in cash only.
