You may also send requests for records using a self-addressed stamped envelope. In addition, you may visit a PD's website to confirm the required fee and mode of payment to make your request seamless. Sampson County Criminal Court Records

The Superior Court, with three branches in the City of Clinton, presides over criminal cases, including felonies and misdemeanors. The Clerk of the Superior Court must ensure that court records of the District and Superior Courts are safe and easily accessible. Interested persons may request to view court records at the Office of the Superior Court Clerk on public self-service terminals.
