The Massachusetts Department of Criminal Justice Information Services (DCJIS) maintains and provides access to arrest reports and other criminal history information for the public and organizations. Individuals may request copies of arrest records by submitting an appropriate CORI Form through mail or in person. This request, including the proper supporting documentation and a $25 processing fee, should be submitted to:
