To access Bristol County arrest records, interested persons should visit the local police department overseeing the city or town where the arrest was made. You must provide details such as the individual's name and arrest date, and a fee may be required. You may access these records online via the Massachusetts Judicial Branch's Trial Court Case Access platform or in person at the courthouse where the case was filed. You will generally be required to provide a name or case number to facilitate a record search and pay a copy fee.
