Criminal Court Records

An arrest may lead to a conviction in court, therefore leading to a court case. The Circuit Court is in charge of handling cases of criminal nature as well as civil and family cases. The Clerk of the Circuit Court files and maintains records pertaining to criminal proceedings. The records maintained by the Office of the Clerk of Court are available to the public for review.
