Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services

The Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) under the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services maintains criminal records, including arrest records. The CJIS allows individuals to access arrest records through fingerprinting. Residents may visit the local detention center or any authorized location that provides Fingerprinting Services.
