Iowa Department of Public Safety

The Iowa Department of Public Safety maintains a database of criminal history information. Arrest records may be obtained by mail, online, and in-person through the Department of Criminal Investigation (DCI). You will be required to provide the first name, last name, and exact date of birth of the subject on record.

Police Arrest Records

Some of the Police Departments in Scott County that the public may request arrest records from are Walcott PD, DavenportPD, and Blue Grass PD. PDs usually have a website where you may make applications to request public records, including arrest records.
