How To Look Up Santa Cruz County Arrest Records?

Sheriff Arrest Records

Within the Santa Cruz  County Sheriff's Office, the Records Division maintains and releases all reports, including arrest records. The Division charges a $5 fee to notarize an arrest record. Members of the public visit the division in person from Monday  through  Friday between 8 am to 5pm at 2170 N. Congress Dr., Nogales, AZ 85621.

Police Arrest Records

Besides the Sheriff's Office, the Nogales Police Department is the county's sole independent municipal law enforcement agency. To obtain police arrest records, interested parties may visit the department in person at 777 N. Grand Ave., Nogales, AZ 85621, and provide sufficient details about the arrestee and the event.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety

The Arizona Department of Public Safety's Central State Repository manages and disseminates statewide criminal history records. These records are not open to the general public or entities outside Arizona. Only the record subject and qualified agencies operating under an FBI‑approved executive order or ordinance may request a criminal history record check.

Santa Cruz County residents may obtain their Arizona criminal history records only for the purpose of reviewing or challenging the record. This process may be carried out online or by mailing the required documents to DPS. For the mail‑in option, the applicant must download and print the Record Review Packet, which contains step‑by‑step instructions, a blank fingerprint card, a contact information sheet, and a pre‑addressed return envelope.

Furthermore, the fingerprint card must contain a full, legible set of fingerprints taken at a law enforcement agency. The Santa  Cruz County Sheriff's Office provides this service Monday  through  Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additionally, the contact information form must contain the applicant's name, physical description, birthdate, residential address, and social security number.
